We’ve all been there! If it happens within the 10 minute cancellation period, you can withdraw for a full refund. If not, submit the final score, then raise a dispute under your Match History. We’ll review your VOD and any evidence, and issue a refund if appropriate.

ClutchPlay retains a standard 10% service fee from the winner's prize pool. While the platform does not charge additional withdrawal fees, users should be aware that the payment provider may apply a 3%+ transaction fee, outside of ClutchPlay’s control.
